Our Story
FROM TEXAS TO ITALY
Our journey began in the smoky pits of central Texas, where our founder spent five years apprenticing under legendary pitmasters. From Austin’s famous BBQ joints to Memphis backyard cookouts, every experience shaped our understanding of what makes great BBQ.
In 2018, we brought those flavors home to Italy, opening Smoked BBQ with a simple mission: serve authentic American BBQ without compromise. We imported our custom-built smokers from Texas and source the same premium hardwoods used by the best pitmasters in America.
Today, we’re proud to be Italy’s premier destination for authentic slow-smoked meats. Every brisket, rib, and pulled pork sandwich carries the legacy of American BBQ tradition, made with love and respect for the craft.
